In the event of a delivery delay, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with a new estimated delivery date. If we are unable to deliver within 30 days (or the agreed timeframe), you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Non-Delivery, Damaged, or Faulty Goods
If your order does not arrive, arrives incomplete, damaged, or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will then arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund free of charge.
Right of Withdrawal

In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase price plus the cost of standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the undamaged goods.
