FIREEXBALL Airgun – Helicopter Integration
Long-Range Firefighting System for High-Rise Fires

The next generation of our:

Fireexball
Airgun Groundsystem
and
Fireexball Airgun mobile system

The patented FIREEXBALL Airgun helicopter integration is an
airborne firefighting system specifically designed to combat facade
and high-rise fires in very tall buildings. It can precisely target
fires, even from a safe distance of up to 200 meters from the
building! By combining precise pneumatics, AI-assisted target
acquisition, and a stabilized helicopter platform, the system enables
safe aerial firefighting – even on buildings over 800 meters tall.

These systems enable safe aerial firefighting, even on buildings
over 800 meters tall.

Complete system including AI components and 100
Fireexballs as an ammunition reserve.

> Compressed gas not included for safety reasons

Suitable for the following helicopters (please specify the model
after ordering):

- Airbus H125 / AS350 “Ecureuil”
- Bell 206 JetRanger
- Sikorsky UH-60
- Robinson R44
- Airbus H145 / EC145
- AgustaWestland AW109

> System installation upon request

SYSTEM COMPONENTS:

- Thermal imaging camera (LWIR) – Detects heat signatures and
flame cores
- Optical camera (HD/IR) – Identifies flame patterns and smoke
- Powerful AI processor – Utilizes the FireVision™ model for:
- Fire classification
- Spread prediction
- Target prioritization
- User interface – Touchscreen or remote control
- Tablet with live overlays
- Medium: Compressed air or inert gas (e.g., nitrogen). No flammable gas.

High-performance magazine: Top-mounted 10-round magazine with
gravity or automatic feed. Fast reloading via the top door.

System Type: Pneumatic Long-Range Fire Launcher
Total System Weight: 55–85 kg (depending on configuration)
Dimensions: 1100–1400 mm length (tube dependent)
Tube Material: Reinforced Stainless Steel
Tube Diameter: Calibrated to the diameter of the FIREEXBALL
product

The system can be supplemented for opening window fronts, including
those in buildings, from the outside, using, for example, a Benelli
M4 (Super 90), Remington 870 Police Magnum, etc., using efficient
ammunition: 12/70 or 12/76 shotgun slugs, preferably made of hardened
lead or with sabot slugs, or frangible ammunition.

Note: Using firearms against safety glass in a fire is intended to
create passageways (breaching) and requires specialized ammunition to
avoid the danger of ricochets.

Target Acquisition Process:

1. Detect fire zones using thermal imaging and optical data
2. Classify fire type (ground fire, crown fire, industrial fire)
3. Calculate distance and trajectory
4. Position the launcher using a motorized mount
5. Confirm and trigger the target (by the operator)
6. Evaluate the effect and adjust the target alignment

FIREEXBALL / Standard 1.3 kg, variants available upon request

ABC dry powder is a fire extinguishing agent
based on monoammonium phosphate (NH₄H₂PO₄). Reacton® uses a
high-quality variant of ABC dry powder with a high monoammonium
phosphate (MAP) content.

This variant is coated with silicone to improve water repellency
and flowability. The powder is extremely temperature-resistant,
making it ideal for fighting vehicle fires. ABC dry powder is highly
effective and is used when water-based extinguishing agents are
unsuitable. It is non-conductive and therefore provides reliable
protection against electrical hazards as well as Class A and B fires.
Thanks to its particle size, the dry powder enables large-area fire
suppression. It quickly absorbs the fire energy, heating the
particles and thus creating a cooling effect. In addition, the dry
powder acts as a chemical inhibitor by reacting with radicals and
interrupting the chemical combustion process. ABC dry powder is
effective against Class A, B, and C/E (electrical) fires.
